Festive Season at The Edge
On Christmas Day, 25 December 2026, we’re planning a special luncheon and want to invite you to join us at The Edge Restaurant.
The menu is full of festive favourites, as well as Tasmanian seasonal treats. After a complimentary welcome drink, delicious main dishes will be served individually and the accompanying sides will be presented on generous platters for the table to share.
The Edge Christmas Menu
- Starter ~ Homemade bread and butter
- Entrée ~ Tasmanian oysters with ponzu vinegar; Traditional prawn cocktail; House dill-cured ocean trout
- Mains ~ Whole roasted scotch fillet with sauce au poivre; House-glazed ham; Seasonal roasted root vegetables with fresh herb and sumac dressing; Local lettuce, house vinaigrette
- Palate cleanser ~ Cherry sorbet
- Dessert ~ Frozen Christmas pudding parfait with brandy anglaise; Christmas pudding vodka
Special Luncheon:
- $195 per adult (15 and over), includes a glass of sparkling wine or similar beverage
- $80 per child (7 to 14 years), includes a glass of soft drink
- Under 7 years eat free
There are a limited number of seats across three sittings, at 12:00pm, 1:00pm and 2:00pm.
Vegetarian and vegan menu options are also available and when you book, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
