You’ll be guided through a selection of five desirable drops. From bright, approachable styles, to rich, complex single malts – discover how local climate, water and time shape each pour. Unhurried, intimate and distinctly Tasmanian, this bookable experience invites you to taste the island, one dram at a time.

Available: Wednesday to Sunday at 2:00pm, 3:00pm & 4:00pm (subject to schedule)
1-Hour Session: $80 per person
Includes: 5 tasting glasses from a selection of Tasmanian whiskies.
Snacks can be purchased on request.
