Tasmania is a destination that delights all the senses and you can enhance your experience by indulging in our picnic hampers and platters.

Our gourmet hampers are busting with local delights and tasty temptations. At Edge of the Bay, we love supporting regional suppliers. In addition to our community partners, we also proudly serve products from a range of First Nations producers. In our spread of Tassie delicacies, the seasonal selection may include produce from Freshline Tasmania, Ashgrove Cheese, Kyeema Seafood, Island Fresh Produce and The Good Four Miles, a gourmet mushroom farm.

Delicious and convenient, our picnic hampers and indulgence platters can be pre-ordered for your arrival and we can assist with dietary requirements.

Picnic Hampers

$135 for Two People

Order a gourmet lunch hamper and self-drive the scenic routes around Coles Bay and the Freycinet Peninsula. Your pre-packed picnic is filled with treats from local provedores and it can be served to take away or enjoy on your room deck.

Indulgence Platters

$80 for Two People

Featuring Freycinet & East Coast region provedores, savour a delicious spread of cheese, antipasto, charcuterie and seasonal fruit. A wonderful afternoon treat or happy hour accompaniment. Wine isn’t included, but can easily be added on request.

Restaurant & Bar Hours

Breakfast: Daily from 7:30am to 10:00am (In-house guests only)

Dinner: Wednesday to Sunday from 5:30pm to 9:30pm (last reservation at 8pm)

The Edge Bar: Open daily from 10:00am
