The Edge serves up delicious breakfast and dinner menus that feature the regional delights. Our passionate chefs are inspired by the natural surrounds and create the perfect accompaniment to your Freycinet experience. Vegetarian and vegan meals are also available upon request and we cater for other dietary requirements.

Breakfast Daily: 7:30am – 10:00am for in-house guests only.
Breakfast is included for Ocean View Studio guests who have booked directly with Edge of the Bay (may exclude agent bookings, please refer to your confirmation).
Guests in Vintage Chalets or with other booking arrangements can purchase an a la carte breakfast with hot menu items and a coffee or juice for $30 per adult and $20 per child.

 
Dinner 5 Nights a Week: 5:30pm – 9:30pm (last reservation at 8pm) for guests and visitors, bookings are required. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Located alongside the restaurant, the bar serves crafted cocktails, selected beers, wines and spirits. Open and inviting, the bar is the perfect place to unwind and socialise after a day on the beach or being out and about. Gaze over the bay towards The Hazards mountain range in Freycinet National Park for a spectacular sunset drink.

At The Edge Bar, spend an hour exploring the depth and character of Tasmania’s world-class whiskies or wines in a guided tasting led by our sommelier. From bright, approachable wine blends, to rich, complex single malts – discover how local climate, water and time shape each pour. Unhurried, intimate and distinctly Tasmanian, this bookable experience invites you to taste the island, one sip or dram at a time.

Our gourmet hampers are busting with local delights and tasty temptations. At Edge of the Bay, we love supporting regional suppliers. In addition to our community partners, we also proudly serve products from a range of First Nations producers. In our spread of Tassie delicacies, the seasonal selection may include produce from Freshline Tasmania, Ashgrove Cheese, Kyeema Seafood, Island Fresh Produce and The Good Four Miles, a gourmet mushroom farm.
