The Edge serves up delicious breakfast and dinner menus that feature the regional delights. Our passionate chefs are inspired by the natural surrounds and create the perfect accompaniment to your Freycinet experience. Vegetarian and vegan meals are also available upon request and we cater for other dietary requirements.

Breakfast Daily: 7:30am – 10:00am for in-house guests only.
Breakfast is included for Ocean View Studio guests who have booked via Edge of the Bay (excludes agent bookings); all other guests can purchase an a la carte breakfast with a coffee or juice for $30 per adult and $20 per child.

 
Dinner Wednesday to Sunday: 5:30pm – 9:30pm (last reservation at 8pm) for guests and visitors, bookings are required.

 
Restaurant closed: On 23 October & 25 October 2025 The Edge will be closed due to private functions. Thank you for your understanding and please speak to our staff about alternative dining arrangements.

Located alongside the restaurant, the bar serves crafted cocktails, selected beers, wines and spirits. Open and inviting, the bar is the perfect place to unwind and socialise after a day on the beach or being out and about. Gaze over the bay towards The Hazards mountain range in Freycinet National Park for a spectacular sunset drink.
